Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of appointment results in LOSS OF DEPOSIT by the client. This is due to blocking off that time slot which in turn prevents other customers from being able to book.
Any no-show clients result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT and they will be REQUIRED to pay in full for their next appointment prior to booking.
A NEW deposit is required to book another time slot upon changing current date booked.
